Leaving your child at nursery for the first time can be difficult for parents so our caring and dedicated baby room staff will help you every step of the way. Each baby has a nominated Key person who will build a special relationship with you and your child. The nursery places the very highest priority on parent partnership and it is paramount to us that you feel part of your child’s development and growth. A thorough handover will be done with you at the end of each day to ensure you know everything about your child’s day. This will cover what they have eaten, if they have slept, what nappies have been changed and most importantly, what activities your child has enjoyed.

Your baby will be cared for in a loving and homely environment in our bright and cheerful baby room. Our baby team will work with you to encourage your child to reach each milestone. The babies are kept busy with activities such as treasure baskets, painting, water, spaghetti play, reading and singing! Learning is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage framework which is designed to support children’s development from birth to five. 

Young children are cared for in a very loving and homely environment, and are allowed to reach their full potential through stimulating play and carefully planned activities.

Prior to starting, we carefully obtain details of each baby’s home feeding and sleeping routines. These are documented daily, as well as keeping up to date progress charts on crawling, walking, talking etc. We liaise with parents during the weaning stages. All essential baby provisions, excluding baby milk, are supplied by us. These include nappies, creams and feeds.
